Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase.
• Votes: Non-refundable.
• Products: Refunds are only allowed if:
  • The product has not been received (order.received = False).
  • The product is defective or significantly different from its description.
  • The supplier agrees to the refund.
• No refunds after the order is confirmed (received = True).
• Refunds are limited to a maximum of 70% of the pack's value.
